The two front crowns might have looked great fifty years ago, but with today's technology this is unacceptable.

This is the image that the laboratory used to select porcelain shades.  The blue material fills in parts of the tooth that were decayed.

It is amazing what four crowns can do for this person's smile.   These are IPS Empress all ceramic crowns.
